The program functions as a fats calculator of your total calories given age, height, weight and level of physical activity - metric and imperial.

Initially 25% fat is used as default but you can change this to anything you like.

Input your height, weight, age and adjust the fat percentage, if desired; then press 'Fat Requirements'.

Resting Calories - the calories needed to keep all bodily functions going.
Sedentary Lifestyle - physically inactive; a couch patato.
Light Activity - engaged in activities such as light housekeeping.
Moderate Activity - regular walk at a brisk pace for at least 10 miles a week.
Heavy Activity - running at least 10 miles per week.
Very Heavy Activity - running at least 30 miles per week.
