Daily diet composition in grams/ozs. as per lifestyle

The program functions as a carbohydrates calculator, a proteins calculator and a fats calculator of your total calories given age, height, weight and level of physical activity, metric and imperial.

Values of 40% - carbohydrates; 30% - proteins; and 30% - fats are used as default but you can use your own percentages.

Input your height, weight, age and adjust the calories percentages, if desired; then press CALCULATE.

Resting Calories - the calories needed to keep all bodily functions going.
Sedentary Lifestyle - physically inactive; a couch patato.
Light Activity - engaged in activities such as light housekeeping.
Moderate Activity - regularly walking at a brisk pace for at least 10 miles a week.
Heavy Activity - running at least 10 miles per week.
Very Heavy Activity - training for marathons, running at least 30 miles per week.

There are 4 calories in each gram of carbohydrates and protein;
9 calories in each gram of fat; and 28.35 grams per oz.
